I think that's an October 1958 bike that someone tried to convert to a stingray. Cool find!

  Its different...never seen a Schwinn rear tire with a grease nipple on it before? Someone had repainted it....use to be red.......will be put back as red, REALLY need to find out what model it is for the decals, chain guard is different than my other '58......... Neck badge is a lot bigger too!

Dom you should try the Schwinn forum if you haven't already, someone over there should be able to give you more info about the frame. It definitely looks like 50's frame converted to a muscle bike.
