Here is a Spaceliner turned in a muscle bike. Might look better with 20 inch wheels or a 24 x 20 set up.

Here it is in 26 x 24 mode I think?

This looks like a 26 x 20 ?

These are something along the line I plan on doing with mine.

I love the last one! I know the first style tanks are easier to find...but they always seem to be on very nice bikes or clunkers people won't part out. I rarely see the "7" style anywhere.

I think barrisbiker or someone else on ebay had one that was NOS. It went for 950 or something like that.

Isn't the smaller one for ladies bikes? Or the "7" style as you called it. When I look at the nicer mens bikes they had the bigger one and the ladies had the small one

I think the 7 tank is the higher end model. Screamer69 had one on ebay that was a mens bike. Here is another picture of the tank.

There is one for sale on the Rat Rod forum. I left a message for them to email me about it. If it is available I will pick it up for you. It may be sold though.

Been gone. But, no, the "7" style era tanks were the second generation of tank designs for the "Flight" bikes. There was a "7" tank on the mens and an altered looking "7" on the womens. They still shared the same or very similar headlight bezels and dashboards. I am restoring a ladies frame Flightliner with that style tank. I'm only restoring it because it has been the family for years. If it wasn't for that, I would have parted it out.
