If you can give me a pic I might be able to find the parts in my stuff I got. I have a ton of parts for hubs and hubs but don't really know what I have yet. I have only looked through it quickly.

Were all Schwinns Sturmey Archer? I have some extra parts for Sturmey Archers but not a whole hub worth of parts. Kind of hard to sell just the guts to a SA hub. You may end up having to find a whole hub in the right year or buy the wrong year and switch. If you care about the year that is

Oh okay. You answered my earlier question about whether Schwinn used only SA hubs. The answer is no. You have a Shimano hub and the part you need is the bell crank. You also need the rod that goes in to the hub behind the bell crank. If you do not find one here then they can be bought at local bike shops or ebay for under $10 shipped. I do not think I have a spare bell crank but I do have a spare shift rod.

Link #3 is for shift rods. They are $3 +shipping. Also you may need to find the lock nut if you do not have one. I do not have one.

I have a set of 26" Schwinn rims and the rear is a 3 speed if you need any parts, hub, etc...........
