This will be a slow build. I want to take my time plus my time is kinda hard to come by right now! I should be mowing the yard at this exact moment. This was the bike when I brought it home a few days ago.

  I just wanted to try the Stingray bars and I like it, so they will stay. I also lowered the seat and added the headlight. Still bouncing around ideas in my head before I strip it down and paint. I even tried my white and baby blue flame banana seat, but I like this seat better! I am looking at the black and flame seat on Ebay. But it is $39.99 and I am trying to keep this a Extremely cheap build!!

 Well I found some awesome paint. You have to see this in person to get the full effect! I just put a little on the top bar to see how it looked. So now the frame will be this color which is like a flat gun metal color loaded with glitter, the fenders and bars will be flat black, and the rims will be red. Hope to do alot of painting Monday.

got some paint done today, the frame and wheels are done. gotta do the flat black bars and fenders. I am going to town in a little bit to get some new tires. I hope to be riding this one this week!

and yes I left the crank and chain on the bike, because I have a new chain for the bike anyway and the crank and sprocket were getting painted anyway. I am taking it all off tomorrow for paint.

Thanks Jaxon. this bike has turned out to be one of my favs. It rides so smooth! And yes I love the simple but flashy paint! Trying to decide on blacking out the bars(flat black) or leaving them old and rusty. I kinda like the way they look! What do you guys thinks?

It's a textured flat black I found at Wal-mart. It was like $5.00 a can. It was a shot in the dark, but I love it!! It's not smooth, but it's not much rougher than a normal flat paint either.
