Those dropouts, frame gusset, and serial number tell me that that is a 1982 Huffy BMX. That serial number is a bit odd though.

I have a 1982 Huffy catalog. There's nothing in there that looks like this so I'm not sure that it's a Huffy, at least not one from 1982.

The older Huffy numbers had a Number before the "H" that numbers tells the year, did they change it later?

I have '77 and '78 Western Auto catalogs with bikes in them. Huffy built bikes for Western Auto as well as Murray and AMF. I'll show them if someone can get me the catalogs I need! lol. Or until I can fix the scanner.
