Here's the bike I'll be starting with...

A very rusty, crusty Murray F3 Eliminator Mark I.
I'll roll out the donor bikes and parts, put some pics up in the next day or two.
What inspires this build? There's this gal, thinks I'm Pure Evil... I'm trying to meet her halfway...
Actually, I was researching the 333 hub, and ran across some merchandise on eBay that was pretty cool - patches, hats, t-shirts... with the phrase "333 Half Evil" on them. Seemed to fit the attitude toward that hub. Add to that some 333 marked cables, some decals, etc. and overall I think it'll start a lot of conversation when I ride it around the neighborhood.
I've been wanting to do a full kustom bike for awhile, but I keep coming across bikes that just need some TLC, maybe a few replacement parts. Some aren't really that desirable, but are nice little riders, and if not too far gone, I just can't bring myself to strip decent original paint, etc. just to amuse myself. Others do need some work, and are worth the $ and effort. The bikes I will strip parts off of have many incorrect parts, have been re-painted, or are cheaply made bikes with a few cool parts. I bought them with the intent of scavenging items off of them. I have no problem stripping down this rusty, incomplete bike just to have fun, use up a few spare parts, and test my skills.
I wonder how well that shifter will clean up... Oh shoot, there I go again!!!
