If your changing out a wheel hoop and plan to reuse your spokes and hub, place some tape on the spokes and it will keep you
from having to count anything when you re-install the center section.

Good tip.
I have a tip that has saved me from myself. If you are re lacing both front and rear wheel, then do them one at a time. You can then copy the other wheel when putting one back together. It sounds stupid but if you are not good at lacing wheels then this could really save you. You could also just take a picture or have an extra wheel on hand. The biggest thing you need for lacing and truing wheels is time and patience. I can lace and true a 20" wheel in less than an hour now. The first time I did it took all day. |

The pattern for most Muscle Bikes is the same on a 28 spoker. Once you know how many holes apart they are you just have to
count then off. I planned to do a spoke a wheel video soon.
