Auto Parts stores have it. Also if you can not find this stuff then CLR works as well. You have to use CLR full strength and soak it for a while but it does work. It is great for cad plated nuts bolts and brackets. Once chrome is bad and pitted it will never shine until replated, but it gets all the rust out if you soak it long enough. Cad plated stuff may turn black but a little steel wool or even SOS will shine it up like new or better.

I am going to try some of that expensive chrome paint stuff. It is like a $100 for three cans of paint that are supposed to be the best fake chrome out there.

Thanks for the tip Ron. I will do some more research before I buy anything then. I have so much I could have rechromed but it is so much money. More than most bikes are worth. My plan was to try it out on a low end bike first to see what I can do. I would think the 3 or 4 cans it comes with would cover several bikes. If I can make it look good then I may use it on lower end bikes for low cost restoration. It has to turn out better than rusty parts look.

I'll look in to the spray gun stuff too then. Probably cheaper anyway, huh?
