I still see an accepted offer as a hand shake deal. If I am at a swap meet and offer a guy a price, I better be darn sure I want it. Because if he accepts, I'm taking it home, whether I like it or not. I don't know, maybe I'm too old fashioned for my young age? I got an offer on a frame and fork and went to the trouble of getting a huge bicycle carton to cut down to size and pack it up. I send the buyer the total with PayPal info. Then I am left to hang for a week only to be told no longer interested. I'm a college kid, time is precious to me. So what do I do? If I have to let it go, then I am going to take the frame and fork along with other metal and ENSURE it is crushed at the scrap yard. Frames are more trouble than they are worth.
