I also have restored muscle cars as well ( I have a 1965 chevelle with a 454/richmond 5 speed ), it seems to go hand in hand around here. I am currently restoring a 1968 400 H.O. 4 speed GTO that a good friend left me in his will. I recently picked up a decent 68 Huffy Rail 3 speed in lime green, it was mine a few years ago and I sold it but the guy who bought it is going through a divorce and I rescued it, he didnt quite take care of it. I found this website while searching for parts to restore it back to original and/or possibly convert it into a 5 speed. It needs a shifter and console if they came with it in 68, seat and correct sissy bar. The rest of the bike is in good shape, the front tire was new back when I had it and the rear dual redline slick is really nice, most of the chrome is in good shape as well. I like the looks of the rails and would like to keep it and upgrade it if possible any tips or help appreciated thanks Dave...
