WTB Rim set for '71 Manta Ray,24" S-5 type

I just picked up an Orange '71 Manta Ray,but the rims are wrong...has standard 24" on back,26" front.They don't even come close to looking,or working right.

Is there a non-stock way around this? I know it's supposed to have S-5 24" rims,with 5 speed rear wheel.

I have seen S-5 rims on ebay,but my LBS is not interested in spoking anything.I have a 26" Schwinn wheel that looks like the 5 speed part could be mated to

a correct rim?

Suggestions?
